Experienced software developer
Great skillsets and high quality are in demand, and therefore we want to expand our circle of skilled developers. We are looking for an experienced Software Craftsman, whose primary focus areas are within Cloud and web.
Challenging tasks for market-leading customers
When becoming part of our team, you will have colleagues who are some of the best in their field. You will get exciting, challenging tasks for customers such as LEGO, Grundfos and OS2 (Public Digitization Community). Furthermore, you get the opportunity to take your career to a new level.
Achieve management influence and profit sharing
For the right candidate, there is opportunity to enter our “Craftsman Circle”. Here you will gain management influence in STRONGMINDS, financial insight and insight into how you and your craftsmen colleagues together will lift the business. You fulfill your professional ambitions or take responsibility for a business area. You will be able to meet the customers and help shape the project, which you may later take responsibility for carrying out.
Experience the joy of sharing your experiences
Being a Software Craftsman also comes with the responsibility to mentor and pass on your knowledge to less experienced peers. With our Software Craftsman program, we train graduates to learn software as a craft. It would be an advantage, if you like working with talented, typically younger colleagues and pass on your experiences. In our opinion, the peer-to-peer learning is one of the most satisfying parts of being a Software Craftsman – and so far, we have invested thousands of hours in the overall Craftsman program. Typically, you work in a team with one or more graduate colleagues, and here you will have the professional responsibility to ensure that we always deliver solid software craftsmanship.
At STRONGMINDS I have influence, interesting projects and amazing colleagues. Through my role as a mentor, I get to share my experiences within a structured proces, while, at the same time, challenge myself beyond my own areas of expertise. To keep myself up to date, I have used the educational benefits, that amongst other things include participation in national or international conferences and further education.
We have high expectations for you and your craft
- You master the principles and methods of great software craftsmanship in any software stack.
- You have an agile mindset and can work on agile projects.
- You have the courage to learn and pursue personal development.
- You have good communication skills and are happy to share your vast knowledge.
- You can work independently and have good problem-solving skills.
- You have solid experience with eg .NET / C #, F #, SQL, NoSQL, REST API’s or Node.js.
- You have knowledge of protocols and patterns for message exchange.
- You understand test-driven development.
- You have knowledge of CI / CD and maybe DevOps.
- You may have worked as an architect, technical team-lead, Scrum Master or Product Owner.
- You may be familiar with frontend frameworks such as Angular, React and included tooling.
We offer you
You will get a group of dedicated colleagues who are passionate about software development. We are a team with a big T, and we stick together, respect, help and support each other. Our work environment is informal and based on trust and respect.
As a company, STRONGMINDS has passed 10 years, with a good, healthy economy and long-term collaborations with our customers. We are known for quality, credibility, and cooperation. We have excellent employment conditions and work-life balance – and a flat structure where a thought soon can be translated into action. We practice freedom with responsibility, and you will be able to influence your own time and tasks. We encourage further education, courses, and certifications to ensure that your competencies are always sharp.
